Accident Claims

I remember reading books about the young lawyer in the US who was recruited out of uni into one of the top law firms and got involved in some of the major accident claims and compensation claims cases. I thought then that this was an American thing. Just look at the UK now. There is so much media advertising its quite incredible. I understand that some companies are spending millions of pounds finding new cases to operate on a no win no fee basis.
